Aged 46, Anil Kumar Reddy holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and specialized in Banking and Financial Services. He began his professional journey in 2001 with Global Trust Bank Ltd., where he gained valuable experience across multiple departments until 2004.

In pursuit of growth and driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he joined Aditya Construction Company India Pvt. Ltd. as its first employee. His dedication and results-driven approach saw him rise from Manager to Joint Director and ultimately CEO. Throughout his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the execution and marketing of a wide range of real estate projects — from apartments and villas to plots and commercial spaces — for some of Hyderabad’s most reputable builders.
